Anne Curtis Smith has received many awards throughout her career, including the two FAMAS Awards she won in the years 2008 and 2009 as well as the Luna Award. In addition to this, Anne Curtis Smith was also nominated for five PMPC Star Awards. The actress was nominated for two Gawad Urian Award. Anne Curtis is a Filipina Australian actress also known as a model, host and TV actress. Her achievements include a host of accolades in her profession. In 2014, Curtis portrayed legendary Komiks Dyesebel character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. In addition, she hosted the show that aired at midday, Showtime from 2009 to 2020. Curtis was born in Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia her parents were Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis Smith, an Australian lawyer. Her father, James Ernest Curtis-Smith got married to Ojales in 1982. Jasmine her younger sister also works as an actress. From their father's perspective, they were half-sisters with a name Clare who died in 2007 from a heart disease when she was four months old.
